Welcome to AllPartyRental.com ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, mobile site, and services that allow users to book party rental items from independent vendors ("Providers").
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
AllPartyRental.com is a marketplace platform, not the provider of party rental services. We do not own, operate, or manage the rental items. Each vendor is an independent business responsible for:
• Equipment quality
• Delivery, setup, and pickup
• Insurance & permits
• Compliance with local laws
• Safety and supervision
• Communication with customers
We only facilitate bookings and payments.
To make a booking or list rentals, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login details secure
• All actions performed under your account
• Using a valid email & phone number
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.
When you book an item:
• You enter a direct contract with the vendor.
• The vendor is responsible for confirming availability.
• Prices, fees, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout.
• AllPartyRental.com may charge a service fee for platform use.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe / PayPal / Marketplace Payment Provider.
By booking, you authorize:
• The total rental amount
• Taxes (if applicable)
• Platform service fees
• Vendor fees
AllPartyRental.com may hold funds temporarily for security and fraud prevention.
Cancellation policies vary by vendor.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Vendor handles the refund according to their policy
• Platform service fees may be non-refundable
• Refunds (if approved) return to the original payment method
If the vendor fails to deliver, please contact us immediately.
Vendors must comply with the following:
• Provide accurate listing information
• Maintain all equipment in safe and working condition
• Follow local and state regulations
• Carry liability insurance (if required)
• Honor accepted bookings
• Handle cancellations and communication professionally
Vendors are solely responsible for damages, injuries, or disputes.
Customers agree to:
• Provide safe access for delivery and pickup
• Follow safety rules for equipment use
• Supervise children at all times
• Not allow misuse, vandalism, or unsafe behavior
• Be present for delivery and pickup
Customers are responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
AllPartyRental.com is not liable for:
• Injuries, accidents, or property damage
• Equipment issues
• Vendor performance
• Weather-related cancellations
• Miscommunication between customer and vendor
All rentals are at customers' and vendors' own risk.
Vendors may charge customers for:
• Broken parts
• Excess cleaning
• Missing items
• Lost or stolen equipment
Customers authorize vendors to charge these fees if needed.
Users may not:
• Post false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent payments
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Harass vendors or customers
• Upload harmful code or attempt to hack the platform
Violation may result in account termination.
By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding:
• Personal data
• Cookies
• Communication (SMS/Email)
• Payment information
If there is a dispute:
• Customer and vendor must attempt to resolve directly
• If unresolved, the Platform may step in to help (not guaranteed)
• AllPartyRental.com is not the final decision-maker for vendor disputes
We may update these Terms anytime. Updated Terms become effective immediately when posted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
