Refund & Cancellation Policy

• A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully authorized.
• Funds may be authorized or held at the time of booking and released to the Vendor after the event, depending on the payment method and provider terms.

• Weather conditions (rain, cold, heat, etc.) do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated by the Vendor
• Events impacted by force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions) will be reviewed case-by-case

If you experience an issue during your event:

• You must notify us within 24 hours after the event
• Provide photos, videos, or written explanation when requested
• Approved disputes may result in a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days
• Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider
• Refunds are always returned to the original payment method

The following are non-refundable:

• Booking or platform service fees (if applicable)
• Custom or made-to-order rentals
• Add-ons marked as non-refundable
• Last-minute cancellations within the non-refund window
